1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Dil Punjab is intended for people who identify with Punjabi heritage or culture.

2. Your account

Keep your details accurate and your PIN private. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

Follow our community guidelines. Don't harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, spam or share explicit content or other people's private information.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give Dil Punjab permission to host and display it so the service can work, for example showing your photos to other members. Remove content at any time.

5. Matching and messaging

We suggest people and provide tools to connect, but we can't guarantee matches, replies, dates or marriage. Chat is available only after both members connect.

6. Verification

Badges describe a specific check, such as phone verification. They don't guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or behaviour.

7. Paid features

Dil Punjab is free at launch. If paid features are introduced, prices, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

8. Account actions

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can ask for a review if you think we got it wrong.

9. Ending your account

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time in the app.

10. Changes and contact

We'll tell you about important changes to these terms. Liability, dispute resolution and governing-law sections will be added after legal review. Questions? Contact us.
